General

These terms govern your use of the website and mobile app of AyKer Store, Ashgabat (the “service”). By using the service, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. How your personal data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Account

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe.

You can delete your account at any time under Profile. Accounts that break these terms or deliberately harm the service may be closed.

How an order is formed

Submitting an order on the site or in the app is a request to buy. The order is formed once a member of staff calls you and confirms the product, price, delivery and payment terms.

Prices are shown in Turkmen manat. If availability, colour or price changes before confirmation, we will tell you and you may cancel the order free of charge.

We may cancel unconfirmed, fraudulent or duplicate orders. A confirmed order is cancelled only on grounds the law allows or by agreement with you.

Delivery and payment

We deliver within the city of Ashgabat and to the Ahal, Mary, Balkan, Lebap and Daşoguz provinces. The delivery charge and estimated time are given in advance when the order is confirmed.

You pay when you receive the goods. The service does not collect card details.

Faulty goods and warranty

We recommend checking the goods on delivery, but this does not limit your legal rights for faults found later. For goods that are faulty or do not match the order you have every right granted by Turkmenistan’s consumer protection law.

A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace your legal rights. To make a claim call +993 65 68 17 71 or +993 65 80 63 61.

Using the service

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, submit orders automatically, try to access other users’ data or interfere with the system.

The name, logo, images and texts of the service belong to AyKer Store or their respective owners.

Liability

We work to keep the service running, but cannot guarantee it will be free of technical faults.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

App Store

If you installed the app from the App Store, Apple’s applicable terms may also govern your use of the app. The contract for the sale of goods is between you and AyKer Store; Apple is not a party to it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. Changes apply to use of the service from the date they are published on this page; orders already confirmed remain under the terms in force when they were confirmed.

These terms are governed by the law of Turkmenistan.
